Did you hear that Tai Chi and QiGong classes are held at Dural Squash Center.
Training is held weekly at Dural Squash Center, every Thursday from 5.45 pm to 6.45 pm.
Come along and experience with us how simple and enjoyable Tai Chi and Health Qigong can be! Feel the benefits in your everyday health and well-being by feeling energized and relaxed.

Exercises are good for health, but 50 minutes of exercise and whole day sitting could not be balanced perfectly, there arises a need for a proper time distribution to make a balance and retain a healthy body with no heart troubles and diabetic disorders.
New Tai Chi and QiGong term begins on Saturday at 25th of October 2014 in Castle Hill.
